By accessing or using Suzly, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our platform.
Platform Usage
Suzly provides tools for creating bio link pages, short URLs, QR codes, social profile pages, campaign tracking, and related digital identity services.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use Suzly lawfully and responsibly. You must not upload, share, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, spam, phishing, malware, adult, hateful, violent, or fraudulent content. You must not impersonate another person, brand, business, or organization.
Username and Free Plan Policy
Free plan usernames, public links, handles, and inactive accounts may be removed, reassigned, recycled, renamed, suspended, or reclaimed without prior notice, acknowledgement, or compensation.
Suzly reserves the right to protect, reserve, or reclaim usernames related to trademarks, businesses, premium names, platform use, impersonation risks, or policy violations. Paid users receive higher username retention priority than Free plan users.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected plan. Users are responsible for managing, canceling, or renewing their subscriptions before the billing date.
Refunds are not guaranteed for partial billing periods, unused services, account misuse, policy violations, or terminated accounts.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on Suzly. By using Suzly, you grant us permission to host, display, process, store, and distribute your content as needed to provide the service.
Service Changes
We may modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, plan, username, page, or service at any time without prior notice.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, harm other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use Suzly for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Suzly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent availability, or specific business results.
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, revenue loss, account suspension, username removal, third-party actions, or damages resulting from your use of Suzly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Suzly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
